After two weekends of snow, we are hoping for some nice weather.

On Saturday we will have two daily tarts/cakes, and on Sunday we will be serving Toad-in-the-Hole.

Toad-in-the-Hole is a famous British dish of sausages in batter (not 'butter'). 

The batter is also used in another famous dish called 'Yorkshire pudding'. You will be able to try that one soon, too.
